Bulk editing: update many offers at once
Select several offers together: a bulk edit table, a shared sale, a payment-method change and offer duplication.
When you have several offers, there is no need to edit them one by one. On the My Offers screen check the boxes on offers (or use Select all above the list), and an actions bar appears at the bottom.
Table view
On desktop, the view switch above the list moves between a Table and the Collections view. The table shows each offer as a row with clear columns: status, price, type, collection, payment method, sales, views and CTR (and students for courses). Click a column header to sort, search by name, filter by offer type with the chips above, and filter by status, collection or payment method. The revenue column totals all sales ever, at the price actually paid at purchase time, so it can differ from the current price; the Total row at the bottom sums what is shown. Your choice is remembered per device. Drag-to-reorder stays in the collections view, when search and filters are empty. On mobile the collections list always shows.
Bulk edit
Bulk edit opens a table with every selected offer. Each row is edited on its own: name, price, sale price, payment method, status, collection, and even the image (click it to replace). When everything is ready, Save all applies all the changes together. If one row is invalid (for example a sale price above the regular price), only that row is not saved, and the reason shows on the row itself.
Selling in several languages? The language switch at the top of the table picks which version of the name you edit.
A sale for many offers
In the bar's More menu choose Sale: a percent off (each offer gets its own sale price), a fixed sale price (when all offers share one currency), or remove the sale. You can also set start and end dates. Free offers and recurring memberships are skipped, and you always see in advance how many offers the sale will apply to.
Changing the payment method
In the same menu, Change payment method applies one payment method to every selected offer. Only methods you have connected are offered. When choosing direct arrangement, the payment instructions you write are added only to offers that do not have any yet.
More actions in the bar
Hide from sale and restore, move to collection and delete also work on the whole selection. And each offer's own menu now has Duplicate: a copy of the offer opens as a draft, ready to edit.
