How do I control the booking or meeting request form on my card?

In the card editor, open the booking section in "Via MyVisito" mode and expand "Which details to ask for". Choose which fields requesters fill in, tick the "Required" box on fields the request cannot be sent without, and add your own questions under "Custom fields" (text, number, date or a choice list). The "See it as visitors do" button opens the real form inside the phone preview, without sending anything.
