Orders and buyers: from purchase to delivery
Order statuses, manual payment confirmation, reminders, what the buyer receives, the buyer portal, and the Buyers tab feeding your CRM.
Every purchase is recorded as an order, and every buyer joins your buyer list. Here is how you track, confirm and handle it all.
The Orders tab
In the Orders tab you see each order with a date, product, buyer, amount and status:
- Awaiting payment: the order was recorded and the buyer is still paying.
- Paid: payment confirmed. For digital products and courses, delivery already went out automatically.
- Awaiting your confirmation: with an external payment link or direct coordination, you check that the money arrived on your side and click Confirm payment to release delivery. If the buyer uploaded a payment receipt you will see it next to the confirm button, and an order waiting more than 48 hours gets a reminder. After confirming you can attach your own invoice to the order, a file or a link, and it is sent to the buyer.
- Delivered / Shipped: the order is complete.
- Refunded / Canceled: the order was refunded or canceled.
For a waiting order you can email a payment reminder, and paid orders have a refund button. How refunds work per payment method: Refunds and cancellations.
What the buyer gets
A confirmation email with a personal order page: the files or course access, the order details, and a way to contact you. Buyers do not need a MyVisito account, and in their personal portal (sign-in with an email code) they find all their purchases and courses.
The Buyers tab
The Buyers tab builds your customer list: who bought, what and for how much. Every buyer also lands in your contacts, so purchasers live in the same CRM as the rest of your network. The Inquiries tab is your inquiry center: a table of every buyer conversation with categories (cancellations and refunds, courses, products), statuses (open, handled, archive - an inquiry is never deleted, only archived), search and filters. A cancellation request is highlighted in amber with approve and deny buttons, there is a system-notices view (cancellation confirmations, automatic refunds, payment proofs), and you can describe a reply in one sentence and AI drafts it into the reply box for editing. Checkboxes enable bulk actions (mark read, handled, archive, change category), every row links to the customer's card in Contacts, and clicking a bell notification opens that exact inquiry. You can also start a new conversation with any buyer.
Buyer reviews
After every purchase, buyers are invited to rate the experience: a star rating for the experience with you, a separate rating for the buying and payment experience, and free text. The ask appears on the order page, in the confirmation email, and in a single reminder a few days after delivery. The Reviews tab gathers everything in one place: approve a review so it shows on the product page, hide one that does not fit, or copy a good one onto your card as a testimonial. Nothing is ever published without your approval, and an edited review returns for re-approval.
