Selling in Israel through Stripe
How to connect Stripe in Israel through MyVisito, take secure payments and transfer proceeds to an Israeli bank account.
In Israel, sellers use MyVisito Payments on Stripe. It is a complete Stripe connection inside the product: buyers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a secure Stripe page, and the order is confirmed automatically.
How to connect
- On My Offers, or inside the card editor, click Connect Stripe.
- Accept the payment-rail terms and complete Stripe's secure verification.
- Add an Israeli bank account. When the status becomes Ready for transfers, you can take payments in the store and booking deposits.
How you receive the money
One itemized total fee is deducted from every sale: the plan's platform fee (3.5%, or 2.6% on Max plans) plus 6.5% costs for processing, currency conversion and the transfer to Israel, 10% in total (9.1% on Max plans). Nothing else is deducted. Proceeds are transferred automatically to your Israeli bank account once a week after the safety period. Balances below the minimum transfer amount stay available and roll into the next cycle.
The Finance screen shows your balance, holds, next transfer and transfer history. This is a Stripe rail operated through MyVisito; it is not a seller-owned direct-charge account.
Do not forget the invoice
Under Israeli law, every payment received requires a receipt or a tax invoice-receipt. You can issue manually in any system you like, or connect automatic issuing: Invoices and receipts in Israel.
