Fees: what you pay, to whom and when
Seller-owned Stripe: 2.6% to 3.5% by plan, plus Stripe fees. Israel: one total fee, the platform fee + 6.5% processing and transfer costs (10% in total, 9.1% on Max plans).
Full transparency on every cent: these are all the fees related to selling through MyVisito.
Seller-owned Stripe accounts
When a sale lands in the seller's own Stripe account, MyVisito collects an automatic sale fee. The rate depends on your plan:
| Plan | Sale fee |
|---|---|
| Premium | 3.5% |
| Max | 2.6% |
| Teams Plus | 3.5% |
| Teams Max | 2.6% |
| Enterprise | Per agreement |
The fee is deducted automatically at payment time, and Stripe processing fees apply separately under your account terms. Upgrading lowers the MyVisito fee from your next sale onward.
Stripe in Israel through MyVisito
On the Israel rail, one itemized total fee is deducted: the plan's platform fee (in the table above) plus 6.5% third-party costs, Stripe processing, currency conversion and the transfer to your Israeli bank account, 10% in total (9.1% on Max plans). Beyond that there is no additional processing fee for the seller. Free offers carry no fee.
Payment provider fees
On seller-owned Stripe accounts, Stripe charges processing fees under your agreement with it. On the Israel rail, that cost is already included in the 10% retained for processing, conversion, transfer and risk.
Fairness rules
- A platform fee change applies to future sales only, never retroactively.
- Your plan's monthly subscription is a separate payment and does not depend on sales.
- There are no setup fees, no sales minimums, and no fee on orders canceled before payment.
