An account manager is someone who runs your account for you with their own login, no password sharing. Invite them from the account menu (bottom of the sidebar) or from My Account > Account manager: enter an email, optionally a mobile too, and the invite goes out by email and SMS. Pick a tier: full management (cards, content, shop and orders, contacts and reports) or content only. An account manager can never touch your password and email, your subscription, your funds or your address, and you can remove the access at any moment. Every major action is written to an activity journal only you can see. Available from the Premium plan and up.
