The "Leave your details" section is available on every plan, free included, and every new form comes with four fields: full name, phone, email and message (name, phone and email required, the message up to the visitor). In the editor you can hide any field or untick its "required", and choose which extra fields visitors fill in: name, phone, email, company, job title, a website or social profile link, a reason for contacting (you can define preset choices) and a message. Pick a form style, write a thank-you message (ready-made examples fill in with one tap) and turn on the automatic thank-you email; the "How does the email look?" button shows it exactly as it is sent. Every submission is saved in your Contacts including the message, reaches you as an email and bell notification, and the editor shows how many views, clicks and inquiries the section got. The form opens on its own with "What are you interested in?", listing the services, price list, highlights, products and listings on the card in one styled multi-select field (one or many, plus a "General question" row), with no setup, on every plan; while the field shows a pick is required and the message is up to the visitor, and you can switch it off in the form settings. The phone is captured with a country code detected from the visitor's country and the visitor types the number as usual; in your audience a local number reads in local form and a foreign one with its code. What the visitor ticked shows as "interested in" in My Audience, in Messages and in the email. Form templates sit at the top of the form settings: Basic (free), Quote request and Intro-call booking (part of the advanced form, from the Premium plan, together with custom fields, the reason field and time windows). The quote form asks which service you need (from the card itself, or a free-text field on a card without services) and a real budget range in your currency, which also fills the budget column in My Audience. The intro-call form lets the visitor propose up to five dates and times that suit them, or say any time works; the request lands in My Audience > Meetings, where you confirm one time and the visitor gets a confirmation email with a calendar invite. The message field is always last and is not marked required by default (you can make it required), ready-made explainer lines fill in with one tap, and the bottom-menu button takes the form's own title.
