Open a ticket from any screen with the "Support" button in the top bar (or "New ticket" in the support center): pick what it is about, describe it, and attach up to 10 screenshots (pasting works) and a screen recording up to 50MB. "Help with AI" suggests a subject and a ticket type from your description, and the screen you were on, your browser and screen size are attached automatically so we can reproduce it. When the team answers you get a notification and an email. When a ticket is closed you get a notice with a reopen link and one short question about the service, answered with a thumb up or down. A resolved ticket is closed and moves to the Archive tab, where it is kept forever and can be reopened anytime if the issue returns. Some tickets open automatically when the system detects a fault, so you know we are already handling it. You can also simply email support@myvisito.com: a ticket opens automatically, you get an instant confirmation with a ticket number, and replying to our email continues the same ticket.
